Italian Exhibition Group presents, from November 9th to 13th at the Vicenza Exhibition Center, the event dedicated to the North-East with its rich network of events for Food & Beverage professionals. Different dates for consumer and professional audiences among the main novelties of the 7th edition.

Vicenza.2019, September 12th . An event that represents a real business opportunity for all the operators of the HO.RE.CA sector, and which also opens the doors to fans of Italian gastronomic excellence. All characterized by a renewed format that offers foodservice operators an opportunity to meet and confront the even more qualified market and which consolidates the role of business platform for the North East supply chain.

Here is, in a nutshell, the seventh edition of Cosmofood, organized by Italian Exhibition Group with a tailor-made formula for Food & Beverage operators.

The distinction of dates and openings reformulated by IEG on clear indications and the will of the market and of the operators involved in the sectors of reference, is aimed at optimizing the objectives of participation and visit.

The presences and the consumer spaces are concentrated mainly in the weekend in the Gourmet area - Hall 1, from Saturday 9th to Tuesday 12th November, to then shift the focus on the business footprint of the event in the Foodservice area - Hall 7, which will welcome professional visitors such as bars, restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, accommodation facilities and other buyers, from Sunday 10th to Wednesday 13th November, becoming the real nerve center of the event.

Cosmofood is in fact more and more an opportunity for b2b in the Triveneto market for facilitating contact between exhibitors and professional visitors, who will meet in the Foodservice network, where news and industry trends will emerge both in the product lines and in the dynamics promoted by the market and illustrated by the main players in the world of HO.RE.CA., starting from food production and distribution and from plants, equipment, accessories and services.

Free admission, subject to registration, is one of the other innovations of 2019. Starting Saturday the large foodies public in the Gourmet area - Hall 1 will be able to take advantage of the many opportunities for discovering and confirming the innumerable excellences of Italian gastronomy on display.
