Full satisfaction among the operators for the seventh edition of the Italian Exhibition Group event which ended yesterday at the Vicenza expo center after five days dedicated to the news and trends for professionals and lovers of taste.

Vicenza.November 14th 2019 . With the closure of the area dedicated to professional catering in Hall 7 of the Vicenza exhibition center, which took place yesterday, the Ho.Re.Ca. of the Triveneto area says goodbye to Cosmofood 2019, once again recognizing the appointment of Italian Exhibition Group as a primary business platform for the sector sector in the North East.

The new direction given by IEG to the event, modulated on a specific exhibition offer and differentiated openings for the B2B public (from Sunday 10th to Wednesday 13th) and consumer (from Saturday 9th to Tuesday 12th), allowed the participating companies to optimize the contacts and business opportunities.

The exhibition stood out for a profound, complete and functional merchandise offer to business operators such as bars, restaurants, pastry shops, pizzerias, hotels and accommodation facilities to start fruitful business meetings with companies and major food, beverage, technology and professional equipment brands.

Important the confirmations made by the main players in the distribution, technologies and equipment for out-of-home catering, supported in this edition by Food & Beverage production leaders who directly took part in the appointment for the first time, confirming the value of Cosmofood in terms of creatin, consolidatìng and striking agreements and business opportunities useful for the construction of an offer of excellence to the final customer.

A full calendar of events promoted directly by the exhibitors allowed visitors to discover the main innovations and trends in the sector including demonstrations, tastings and show cooking at the companies´ booths, an opportunity for technical and professional updating.

The IEG kermesse has put the accent on technological innovations at the service of catering, thanks to the presence of manufacturers and distributors of latest generation systems for the professional kitchen and of the most advanced solutions for efficiency in production processes, for optimization of time and resources and for the reduction of stress and environmental impact.

Thanks to the refinement of the processing techniques, the event welcomed the new products in the Food & Beverage catalog for a season of artisan quality, demonstrating a continuous commitment to fully understand the needs of the professional restaurateur and support him in the search for the maximum end customer satisfaction.

Inaugurated Saturday 9th and running until Tuesday 12th, Hall 1 of the Berico trade show district welcomed the public at large in an exhibition space dedicated to local specialties and the most sought-after gastronomic products of the country, with gourmet enthusiasts and foodies at the expo to discover, taste and buy foods and ingredients sometimes unavailable in large-scale retail trade, also in anticipation of the first Christmas baskets.

Thanks to an increasingly professional orientation, Cosmofood is integrated as a strategic lever for the Ho.Re.Ca. in the north-east among Italian Exhibition Group´s sector events, in addition to the multi-decade Food & Beverage appointments held in the Rimini exhibition center, such as the international SIGEP, from January 18th to 22th 2020 and Beer & Food Attraction, from February 15th to 18th 2020 , BBTech Expo, Foodwell Expo and Foodnova for the ´free from´ segment. The same format as Cosmofood, however, will be repeated for the Ho.Re.Ca. of the Northwest with Golositalia, scheduled for February 22nd to 26th 2020 at the Garda Exhibition Center in Montichiari (BS).
